In the Pebble Beach development, one qf the stipulations (cov- enants) set by the owners of the sub-division, is that all must have a garage and the garage must be attached to the dwelling. .,:.' 1. Garage in frontyard with t~o walls from dwelling to .garage;,said walls made of.same material as garage and main dwelling. Door in one wall to gain access between. .2, ,Same sifuation.except concrete slag'for floor. All walking area between two walls concrete. ....... 3.. Same situation, except wooden deck substituted for concrete. ~. In each situation, is this considered part of the'main building, or accessory in the frontyard? Fifteen (+) conditions now exist~at Pebble Beach. A ruling in 1980--by the Town Attorney was in reference tO trellis "and fence connections which obviously are absurd. These sit- uations, now submitted, are in a grey area which I feel the Board of Appeals should rule on.
