NOTICE TO ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNER

YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE:
1. That it is the intention of the undersigned to request a Permit from the Board of
'Trustees to:
Construct an approximately 4,345 sf partially elevated masonry pool patio(use approximately 102 cy of
on-site excavation material to achieve proposed patio elevation),upon which will be installed a 4'high
pool enclosure fence,a 10'wide pergola,an outdoor kitchen,and a 3'x 3'foot shower(to be connected to a
trench drain installed around patio,which is to be connected to a proposed stormwater drainage system
located more than 100 feet from wetlands),all located at least 100 feet from wetlands;and install a 3'x
101'stone walkway(consisting of 3'x 2'pavers set in sand)to existing dock,all as depicted on the site
plan prepared by Mark Schwartz&Associates, dated May 2,2023. Proposed more than 100 feet from
wetlands and thus outside Chapter 275 jurisdiction are a 16'x 34'swimming pool, 14.5'x 24'pool house
with outdoor shower,and a 4'x 4'fire pit.
2. That the property which is the subject of Environmental Review is located
adjacent to your property and is described as follows:

3. That the project which is subject to Environmental Review under Chapters
96,111 and/or 275 of the Town Code is open to public comment on:
