Inspection-Insulation
On 8/2/22, I inspected the insulation installed at the noted location. The inspection
covered the alterations to the existing structure.
The inspection results are:
1 -Walls-Insulation provided and installed by TNT Insulation. Insulation provided
rated as R-21. The insulation provided was done in compliance with the applicable
sections of the IRC,NYS and Southold Town Building Codes for an existing structure.

2-Ceiling-Insulation provided and installed by TNT Insulation. Insulation provided
rated as R-30. The insulation provided was done in compliance with the applicable
sections of the IRC,NYS and Southold Town Building Codes for an existing structure.
Result-The insulation installation performed by TNT Insulation, as verified by
inspection, is compliant with all applicable codes for an existing structure. The insulation
was installed in compliance with the IEC Code for Existing Buildings, in particular
Section R503 Alterations.

Inspection—Rough Plumbing
On 8/2/2022, I inspected the construction for the alterations at the noted location. The
inspection covered the interior plumbing roughing for the Water Supply System(WS).
The inspection results are:
1 —WS—System was exposed, pressurized and readily viewed. I observed the hot and
cold water supply lines associated with the alteration. System constructed as required.
All construction was done in compliance with the applicable sections of the IRC,NYS
and Town of Southold Building Codes.
Result—Based upon inspection of this project and to the best of my knowledge,belief
and professional judgment,construction as installed complies with the plans and
applicable codes of the IRC,NYS and Southold Town Building Codes.
