Located: 520 Madison Avenue, Greenport. SCTM# 1000-42-1-1 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department and the records available to me, I recommend that the proposal is CONSISTENT with LWRP Policies and with the LWRP. 1. Note the limits of the clearing line and the potential loss of trees. 2. Soil is expected to be poorly drained. 3. Seasonal high groundwater is expected. 4. No further expansion or reduction in the setback to the pool should be conditioned. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
