ROPERTY FAC SQE CRIPTION.: The subject property is a non-conforming 21,006 sq. ft. parcel located in an R-40 Zoning District. The property is improved with a two-story frame residence, an existing accessory garage with sunroom, and a frame shed;all as shown on survey prepared by Nathan Taft Corwin,III,L.S.last revised August 3,2022.
