The covenants also require that all building permits identify the extent of clearing and proposed grading in order to ensure that compliance is achieved. The Planning Board reviewed the covenants at the October 7, 1996 work session and decided to clarify which lots must be reviewed by the Planning Board prior to the issuance of building permits. Please refer to the following prior to issuing building permits: 1 . The building permit plans for Lots 41 49 must i.dendry the extent of clearing anr. proposed grading. Clearing shall. be limited to that described in covenant '2. Building permit applications for these lots must be referred to the Planning Board for review prior to the issuance of building permits.
