Upon the request of Vincent Benic, we have reviewed and analyzed the existing deck framing at 1625
Stillwater Avenue Cutchogue, NY 11935. Based on our analysis,the 7,000-pound load imposed by the hot
tub to the superstructure and substructure are acceptable. The review assumes the throug.i-bolts used to
attach the beams to each post are 3/8" diameter or larger. If the bolts are smaller than '1/8" diameter,
additional bolts are required.

Findings: The project meets all the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code. The
issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations'as indicated on the
site plan prepared by Vincent Benic Architect, dated August 11, 2022, and
stamped approved on January 18, 2023.
Special Conditions: Existing vegetation is to remain.
Inspections: Final Inspection.
If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a
Wetland Permit will be required.
