The third bedroom that appears "unfinished" on the plans was finished during the construction phase. I have a copy of the builder's plan for the ramp, dated June 21, 1991, but it is too faded to copy. I could bring the original to your office if you need to look at it. As I wrote earlier, we had the ramp built while the house was under construction because it was inaccessible to family members.The landscape architect built a retaining wall on the street side of the house due to the high elevation.The ramp follows the retaining wall in an "L" shape. The handrail has been replaced but otherwise it is still in its original form. Please contact me if you have questions or concerns. I didn't receive a report following your site visit on October 20th and I'm uncertain how to proceed. The soils are porous,there was no proposed increase in rooms, and the effluent is clean.
