2. Final Approval from Health Dept. of water supply and sewerage-disposal(S-9 form)
3. Approval of electrical installation from Board of Fire Underwriters.
4. Sworn statement from plumber certifying that the solder used in system contains
less than 2/10 of i% lead.
5. Commercial building, industrial building, multiple residences and similar buildi
and installations, a certificate of Code Compliance from architect or engineer
responsible for the building.
6. Submit Planning Board Approval of completed site plan requirements.

The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
durin'g its Regular Meeting held on March 25, 1998, regarding the
above matter:
WHEREAS, WALTER & MILDRED SILBERNAGEL, applied to the
Southold Town Trustees for a permit under the provisions of the
Wetland Ordinance of the Town of Southold, application dated
March 5, 1998 and,
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Southold Town
Conservation Advisory Council for their findings and
recommendatiD~,~w~ .........................
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing was held by the Town Trustees with
respect to said application on March 25, 1998, at which time all
interested persons were given an opportunity to be heard, .and,
WHEREAS, the Board members have personally viewed and are
familiar with the premises in question and the surrounding area,
and,
WHEREAS, the Board has considered all the testimony and
documentation submitted concerning this application, and,
WHEREAS, the structure complies with the standard set forth in
Chapter 97-18 of the Southold Town Code,
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the project as proposed
will not affect the health, safety and general welfare of the
people of the town,
dRESOLVED, that the B of Trustees approves the application of
WALTER & MILDRED SILBERNAGEL to do renovations to !existing
house and garage and construct an addition to housle with
condition that applicant place haybales at the edge of wetlands
during Construction.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this determination sh6uld not be
conside~ed a determination made for any other Department or
Agency which may also have an application pending!for the same
or similar project. ,
Permit to construct and complete project will expire two years.
from the date it is signed. Fees must be paid, i~ applicable,

INSULATION
Insulation to meet all requirements of NYS Energy Code, installed by a qualified
subcontractor. Provide foil-faced fiberglass bart insulation of R-values noted. Comply with
manufacturer's instructions for each type of insulation. Seal joints between units and
around pipes, conduits, etc., to form an air tight seal and vapor barrier. Provide access for
ventilation at all edges, and provide approved vents at soffits and as required.
Provide 3-1/2" batts in walls between bedrooms and around bathrooms. Provide 6" batts
in ceiling of first floor under bedrooms and baths. Carefully insulate around overhead
plumbing waste lines to minimize sound transmission.
BATT INSULATION
Provide foil-faced fiberglass batt insulation of R-values noted. Provide access for
