southwesterly side of Sterling Street and from said point of BEGINNING;
RUNNING THENCE South 64 degrees 44 minutes 40 seconds East, along the southwesterly side of Sterling
Street,46.54 feet to land of MacFarlane;
THENCE South 4 degrees 26 minutes 40 seconds East,along the westerly line of land of MacFarlane, 133.57
feet to land of Christian;
THENCE South 84 degrees 04 minutes 20 seconds West, along the northerly line of land of Christian, 36.27
feet to land of Fletcher;
THENCE North 5 degrees 57 minutes 40 seconds West,along the easterly line of land of Fletcher, 157.62 feet
to the southwesterly side of Sterling Street,the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to grantors herein by deed dated July 30, 1993

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads

first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement before using any part
of the total of the same for any other purpose.
