The above building permit was written on Feb. 26,
Since the permit was never picked up, and construction
not started, the building permit has expired.

According to the Code of the Town of Southold, A building
permit expires in 18 months from date of issue, but work must
begin within a 12 month period or the building permit becomes
void. We have voided out this permit. When you are ready to
start construction, please resubmit your application.

Environmental Conservation has determined that.
The property landward of the topographic crest of

Wetlands jurisdiction which may result from your project. Such precautions may
include maintaining adequate wQrk area between the tidal wetland jurisdictional
boundary and your project (i.e. a 15' to 20' wide construction area) or
erecting a temporary fence, barrier, or hay bale berm.
