They informed you that the stairs in the dwelling were not properly installed. This is a situation that must be rectified immediately. Due to shipping constraints and 'variable field conditions Chelsea Modular Homes does not permanently fix stairs in place. After the house is set the builder is to reset, level and align.the stairs in.accordance with floor finishes which are done on site. I am sending you this letter to urge you to remedy what is a potential hazard and a code violation. - I am forwarding a copy of this letter to the local Building Inspector to make him aware of this situation. :` .
