THIS INDENTURE,made the 6th day of April,two thousand and twenty two

as executor of the last will and testament of Edward T. Sieban,late of Greenport,New York,
who died on June 17,2021,party of the first part,and

party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that whereas letters testamentary were issued to the party of the first part by
the Surrogate's Court,Suffolk County,New York,on March 10,2022 and by virtue of the power
and authority given in and by said last will and testament,and/or by Article I l of the Estate,
Powers and Trusts Law,and in consideration of eight hundred seven thousand($807,000.00.00) f
dollars,paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel,situate,lying and being near Greenport in the Town of
Southold,County of Suffolk and State of New York,being known and designated as Lot No. 7

being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of McCann Lane,where the same is intersection by
the division line between Lots 6 and 7 on the above mentioned map,said point also being 230
feet northerly from the comer formed by the intersection of the westerly side of McCann Lane
and the northerly side of Sutton Place;
RUNNING THENCE along the last mentioned division line South 74 degrees 04 minutes 10
seconds West 160 feet to land now or formerly of Caiola;
RUNNING THENCE along the last mentioned land now or formerly of Caiola,North 5 degrees
55 minutes 50 seconds West 110 feet to a point,said point being the division line between Lots 7
and 8 on the above mentioned map;
RUNNING THENCE along the last mentioned division line North 74 degrees 04 minutes 10
seconds East 160 feet to the westerly side of McCann Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of McCann Lane,South 15 degrees 55 minutes 50

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the
distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as
aforesaid.
Subject to the trust fund provisions of section thirteen of the Lien Law.
The word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
