According to the Code of the Town of Southold, Article XXVIII 100-284, it is unlawful to occupy or use a structure until a Certificate of Occupancy has been issued. The repairs/upgrades cited by Mr. Gary Fish were made over time. Roof has been reinforced, bolts now join the structure to masonry piers, and the shed is fully sided. As instructed, I have also enclosed checks in the amount of $35 (permit) and $25 (c of o). I understand final inspection will be carried out soon.
