Because positioning of the dock is challenged by the shape of the shoreline and the locations of the neighboring docks, I would like to meet the Trustees at the site to review the proposed dock location and configuration depicted on the enclosed sketch and staked in the field. You'll notice that for the purpose of depicting the parcel's approximate limits of riparian rights, I've used a combination of the "long lake" and "round lake (pie)" methods based on the approximate thread of the waterway. Please accept this letter and enclosed check as a request for a pre-application site meeting during the Board's next available field inspections. Also enclosed are a current land survey; "Board of Trustees Application" affidavit forms authorizing the Trustees to enter the property; and "Board of Trustees Application" agent authorization forms authorizing En-Consultants to act on the owners' behalf.
