This letter is-to inform you that the Southold Town Zoning Board of Appeals will consider Request
for Variances from Article III Section 20-124 to support a building permit application to repair the
existing clubhouse roof and deck and legalize an as-built shed at Old Cove Yacht Club,1 400 Old
Harbor Road, New Suffolk, New York.There will be no expansion or relocation of either building as a
result of the ZBA decision. The attached site plan shows the existing building locations and the
proposed roof and deck repairs.The Board of Appeals will consider the Request for Variances at its
regularly scheduled Public Hearing at 11:00 a.m. on June 1, 2023 at Town Hall (5309 Main Road,
Southold, NY 11971). The meeting will be both in person and via a Zoom link. Comments will be
received by the Town Board of Appeals and can be sent by email to kimf@southoldtownny.gov or or
Elizabeth.sakarellos@town.southold.ny.us at the address provided below:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 267 of the Town Law and Town Code Chapter
280 (Zoning), Town of Southold, the following "IN PERSON" public hearing will be held by the
SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF.APPEALS at the Town Hall, 53095 Main Road, Southold,
New York 11971-0959, on THURSDAY. JUNE 1. 2022:
The public may ALSO have access to view, listen and make comment during the PUBLIC
HEARING as it is happening via ZOOM WEBINAR. Details about how to tune in and make
comments during the PUBLIC HEARING are on the Town's website agenda for this meeting
which may be viewed at http://southoldtownnv.gov/agendacenter. Additionally, there will be a

11:00 A.M. - NORA TUTHILL GLUECK#7784 -Request for Variances from Article III, Section
280-15; Article XXIII, Section 280-124; and the Building Inspector's'December 2, 2022 Notice of
Disapproval based on an application for a permit to construct additions and alterations to a
pre-existing seasonal yacht club, and to legalize an "as built" accessory shed at; 1) proposed
construction located less than the code required minimum rear yard setback of 50 feet; 2)
proposed construction located less than the code required minimum side yard setback of 15
feet; 3).as-built accessory shed located in the non-permitted side yard; located at 1400 Old
Harbor Road (Adj. to Cutchogue Harbor), New Suffolk NY. SCTM No. 1000-117-5-14.1.
The Board of Appeals will hear all persons or their representatives,desiring to be heard at each hearing,and/or
desiring to submit written statements before the conclusion of each hearing. Each hearing will not start earlier
