Lo l5 32— Mike is the inspector who is working on this permit. The week of March 1, 1999 a building permit was submitted to the Town of Southold for the property known and designated as Lot No. 037.000 in District 1000, Section 107.00, Block 08.00 of the Suffolk County Tax Map. See Schedule A for a more detailed description. The original owner of this property was Mary Smith. Mrs. Smith successfully subdivded this property in the 1950's and apparently never sold it. Due to zoning changes in the 1980's the Town decided any property that was subdivided, not built on and still under the same ownership would be merged back together as one parcel. Apparently Mrs. Smith was unaware of the Towns decision as she was in her 80's at the time. When Mrs. Smith passed on she left the property to the Wellin's. The Wellin's live out of state and believed the property was subdivided and were unaware of any changes in Town Law.
