(7) The sterage of either a boat or travel trailer owned and
used by the owner or occupant of the premises on which
such boat or travel trailer is stored, for his persona] use,
subject to § 100q91Q, Supplemental parking regulations,
and the following requirements:
(a) Such boat or trailer shal! not exceed thirty (30) feet
in length.
(b) Such boat or trailer shall be stored only in thc
required rear yard, and the area occupied thereby,
together with the area of all buildings in the rear
yard, shall not exceed forty percent (40%) of the area
of the required rear yard.
(c) Such boat or trailer shall not be ]crated within
fifteen (15) feet of any street or ]of ]inc.
(8) ttorses and domestic animals other than household pets,
provided that such animals shall not be housed within
forty (40) fret of any lot linc. Housing for flocks of more
than twenty-five (25) fowl shall not be constructed within
fifty (50) feet of any line.

During a review of our files it was noted that the above
building permit has expired, and construction was never started.
According to the Code of the Town of Southold, A building
permit expires in 18 months from date of issue, but work must
begin within a 12 month period or the building permit becomes
void. We have voided out this permit.

sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee according to schedule.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets
or areas, and giving a detailed description of layout of property must be drawn on the diagram which is part of this appli-
cation.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issued a Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throu~out the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
