In Regards to design number 225 Donald A Gardner, architect inc., the following
changes have been made: * On page 4 of 7, the metal chimney has been replaced by a
masonry and brick chimney with an architectural terra cotta chimney top. The location of
these chimney outlets are as follows: 9'-2" (nine feet two inches from the ridge line
which runs east and west on the property, and 9'-3" (nine feet three inches from the ridge
line which runs north and south on the property. The height of the chimney above all
ridgelines on this building is 2'~2" (two feet two inches) as per section 1005.6 and table
1-1005 of the New York State building code.
This information is in connection with permit 24515 issued to John and Catherine
McDonald for a one-family house located at 975 Vanston Road, Cutchogue, N.Y.
