Box 1430 Mattituck NY 11952 RE: SCTM #94-3-1.8 Dear Mr. Hanauer, The Southold Town Board of Trustees reviewed the survey dated and received in our office on August 20, 1999 and determined that the construction of a proposed lap pool with a deck, to be out of the Trustee Wetland jurisdiction, under Chapter 97, and Coastal Erosion Hazard Area jurisdiction under Chapter 37, of the Town Code. However, any activity within 75' of the Wetland line would require permits from this office. This determination is not a determination from any other agency.
