Other Comments/Recommendations: New cesspool was installed in 2016 per SCDHS standards to replace existing aging block cesspool which collapsing/failing and presented a safety issue. New tank was connected to existing leaching pool. Approximately 700 gallons of sewage was pumped out of the tank and inspection found that the structure is in good condition and adequately leaching. Overflow leaching pool was found to be empty/dry and in excellent condition. In summary, the sanitary system is in good working order, functioning as designed and presents no issues.
