When I began to clear the top soil on the lot the president of the homeowner's association on Country Club Lane brought to my attention my client's the Fornasar's did not inform me that there were Several private covenants on their property. I have amended my survey and my plans to reflect these private convenants and I am requesting a modification of my original building permit to reflect these changes. These changes are simply that a minimum side yard is 35' not 27' as my plan showed originally. The homeowner's association also requires that the fronts of the house are in some way aligned with adjacent properties, because of this requirement I have moved the two car garage back and to the right side of the original house and relocated the master bathroom behind the garage and I have provided for a new entry into the basement. All other aspects of this house are the same as the original plans approved. I am hoping that with your help this modification can be completed soon and can begin to construct the Fornasar's new home. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call my office.
