The purpose of the inspection was to determine if the existing sanitary system is adequate for a proposed renovation project. It is my professional opinion that the existing system is adequate to support the design flow required for up to a four-bedroom residence. I believe the as-built construction is in conformance with the general intent of the Suffolk County Department of Health Services requirements for single family homes.
