However, any activity within 75 ' of the Wetland line, or any project seaward of the Coastal Erosion Hazard Line would require permits from this office. He is presently in contract to sell the premises and is seeking the required building permit, which requires a D.E.C. determination, and C.O. to close the sale . The deck falls within the setback of the existing house which is 76 ' from the closest high water mark . ♦ 1.
