This letter is to inform you that I have applied to the Town of Southold Zoning Board of Appeals
to request as area variance under Article IV Section 280-18 for a permit to construct additions
and alterations to an existing single family dwelling located less than the code required minimum
side yard setback of 15 ft.
The property is located at 620 North Drive, Mattituck
The public hearing, to be held in person and via Video Conferencing will be held on Thursday
June i, 2023, not before 1:00 P.M. .

public hearing date.
