Dear Mr. Jackson:
This letter is a follow up to your letter of January 26, 2023, along with photographs. The
Board of Trustees reviewed your request to remove the three (3) problematic trees that
are located on your property which trees are within 100' of the wetlands, and to trim 9-
10 other trees within the wetlands, as reviewed and seen by Trustee President Glenn
Goldsmith.
The Board of Trustees determined that these three (3) trees may be removed and the
others may be pruned (with the cedars to remain). No permit will be required in order to
perform this work.
Any other activity within 100' of the wetland boundary requires a permit from this office.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

There are 2 Atlantis trees at the shoreline,they have been known to attract the Lantern Fly which is an invasive species
of insect which destroys trees. I would like to remove these.There is also 1 red oak which needs to be removed.
There are 9 or 10 white and red oaks within the 100 foot buffer which require thinning and crowning.
I have taken a few photos and will forward them separate from this e-mail.
