Department that plastic greenhouses have been erected without
first obtaining a Building Permit.
According to the Code of the Town of Southold a Building
Permit is required before any construction can be undertaken.
Please contact this office as soon as possible so this
matter can be resolved.

Suffolk Couty Farmland Preservation Partnership Program
The Suffolk County Exe~. has rccdvcd funding from the Le~ in December for the
first $$ million for Land Pre.'vat, on pnztnership. It Ls & 50-50 program where the County can make
funds go further and some of ~ towns have been active with ~ bond issues to acquire
dev~lopmeflt dghts. Thc Town or'Southampton/s rcqueetin; approval for para. ship arrangemen~
for two (2) fans which ~.~ subji~ to aha approval of the Farmland C. ommittee. The Town has
submitted a resolution for their half of the ~p which will then ~o to the C. ou~ Le~tatu~e.
