As per your inspection report dated 12/15/00,the option of installing a wood-burning
stove will not be done at this time. Also, Georgia Pacific WI 40's (9 '/Z" deep wood I-
beams) at 16"O.C. has been installed in lieu of 2"X10"floor joists at 16" O.C. This is
considered adequate for this floor loading.
