responsible for the building.
6. Submit Planning Board Approval of completed site plan requirements.

Dear Mr. Fish,
I inspected the premises at 1360 Broadwaters Road, in Cutchogue on 10/27/00 to
ascertain the extent of the renovations to the kitchen and the adjoining bath as a result of a fire in
1988. This letter is to be used as documentation in issuing a building permit for that renovation
work.
In reviewing the exterior,the basement and the interior of the home,the only structural
work done during the renovation was the addition of two (2) skylights to the kitchen and one
skylight in the bath. All other work has been cosmetic in nature. In viewing the piping from the
bath, the same numbers of fixtures were reinstalled, with minimum change in the resulting
piping.
While I am not able to view the structural changes as a result of the installation of the
skylights, The work was done in a workmanlike manner an since the 12 years since the
installation there is no evidence of movement to the roof stnlcture.
There was new electrical work done in both the kitchen and the bath, but it is my
understanding that an Underwriters Certificate will be supplied for that work.
