Dear Mr. Vasilakis: This report is submitted as a result of our inspection of the above.referenced installation on this date. It is our opinion that the 3' by 5' window installed at the above referenced condominium unit, was installed in accordance with the Building Code, Rules and ReFdlations of the State of New York. Furthermore, the window is not the primary egress unit as requned by code and should be allowed by the Building Department of the Town of Southold to be left in use for additional natural light into the condominium's main mom. My seal, attached heretofore, shall act as certification of the above statement and report, and should be attached to your application for building permit for this pre- existing window to the Town of Southold.
