Three of the decks are attached to the residencemnd the forth is attached to the garage. The purpose of the inspection was to determine if the as-built construction could be considered structurally sound for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. It is my professional opinion that the as-built construction is adequate to support the intended loads and is in conformance with the general intent of the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code.
