The owner wishes to maintain a 24' x 19' portion of the non-turf area with crushed stone on sand. The existing landscape wall is proposed to be cut down to 24"height to delineate the area north and east of the wall as natural vegetation and retain a non-turf area with the crushed stone. As the Board had recommended during the 8-9-22 field inspection, we propose to relocate the east side of 24"tall wall a minimum of 15' from the property line. See your notes - from the site visit in August. The non-disturbance area is designated seaward from"top of bluff' on Filed Map and 25' non-turf buffer landward of non-disturbance buffer(@15' of the 25' contains existing vegetation to remain). An application was filed in 2022, I attended the field inspection and received your comments and recommendations. I was unexpectedly ill for the public hearing; the matter was not tabled, and the Board denied the previous application. We hope that this application is acceptable to the Board. ZriVe y yo s, cia C.
