Project Description: For the existing 12'x10'x8' trellis and for the relocation of existing
5' x 52" sign located in right-of-way to be moved to another location.
Findings: The project meets ail the requirements for issuance of an Administrative
Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code. The issuance of an
Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the project plan prepared
by Ed Viola, received on November 29, 2022, and stamped approved on December 14,
2022.
Special Conditions: None.
Inspections: Final Inspection.
If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an Administrative
Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town-Code, a Wetland Permit will be
required.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

inspected the Trellis/Pergola structure and foundation at the request, Ed Viola, Broadwaters Cove Marina
manager. Upon inspection I found that the structure,and that the exposed trellis footings, meet the
requirements set forth in appendix I (Patio Covers) as outlined in B.C.2020 of New York State.
