Mark Bushell has explained that Mr. Jarski had speculated that unpermitted changes had been made since the original construction was completed. Various minor design changes were made during construction including,but not limited to, the bathroom layouts,laundry room, several doors, etc, and these were all approved by inspectors at the time of construction,without any requirement to submit additional updated plans. I certify, to the best of my knowledge, the floor plans and photographs attached, accurately reflect the layout when the Certificate of Occupancy was issued on 10/31/2006 and that no design or structural changes have been made between that date and the date of transfer to the Bushells on 05/28/2010.
