The Board asked that I contact you to let you know that in order for the application to be heard at the May 171h public hearings the proposed project must be staked out by this Friday morning in order to give the Board time to re-inspect. Unfortunately if the proposed cannot be staked out in time the application will have to be postponed from the May 17th meeting. Please contact the Trustees office once the staking is complete so that the re-inspection can be performed. The Board also requested a site plan and/or aerial depicting the pier line. The pier line is a line drawn between the immediately adjacent existing permitted principal dwelling structures on either side of the proposed structure. You can use a google map aerial or you can ask the architect to create one. Please submit two copies of this plan to the Board of Trustees office by Monday for their work session. The Board is also requesting that a 15' non-turf buffer along the landward edge of the wetlands be depicted and proposed on two sets of revised plans. Please submit the revised plans to the Board of Trustees office by Monday for their work session. Lastly, please remember to drop off the Proof of Mailing form and the certified return receipts to the Office of the Board of Trustees by Monday in order to be heard on May 17th. Depending on when you posted the property depends on when you will hand in the Affidavit of Posting. If you just posted the property yesterday, please complete the form and either deliver the form by 12:OOPM Wednesday, May 17th or email a copy of the form to me and hand me the original during your public hearing on the 17th. If by chance your application is postponed, the office still needs the original documents in order to prove noticing had been performed so that you do not have to notice when the application is re- scheduled. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact this office.
