Good morning Denis:
Congratulations on being named Southold’s new Town Clerk.! My name is Mary Beth Sullivan, and I am your Client Care Advocate.
I’ve attached a Code Reference Guide, which contains instructions for submitting supplementation electronically, tips on how to save
money on your next supplementation, and more helpful information!
Some highlights I think will help you in your position:
1. Watch your inbox for an email from ‘eCode360 Notifications’ that will contain a link to set up your eCode ‘Admin’ login
and password. Logging into eCode360 (online Code) with your password can enhance your eCode user experience by
giving you access to additional municipal tools and features. As an eCode Administrator you will have access to exclusive
and advanced features like multi-Code search and downloading to Word or Pdf. You can view your eCode at the following

2. You can also attend a complimentary Webinar to learn about the helpful features available in eCode360. Sign up here:

3. Keeping the Code accurate will ensure that your Code continues to be a reliable and enforceable resource for your entire
Community. Your Code is currently up to date through Local Law 4-2022. If your town has adopted legislation since this
local law, please email them to ezsupp@generalcode.com, where we will post your laws to the New Laws section on
eCode. They remain in this location between your Code supplements.
4. Your town is on a quarterly supplement schedule occurring in February, May, August and November. The month prior,
General Code will send you an email reminder to determine if you are ready to update your Code. Once we receive your
legislation, we will begin work on your supplement. It takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks to complete and receive your 8 sets
of supplemental pages. It’s at this point you will receive your invoice.
