Dean, residing at Peeonic Lane, Peconic, New York, 11958, Superintendent of Highways of said Town of Southold, and in further consideration of laying out of the new highways known as SLEEPY HOLLOW LANE, GRISSOM LANE, and WILLOW POND LANE, do hereby release and dedicate to the Town of Southold all of the land heretofore owned by me within said proposed highways as follows: 1. The highway known as SLEEPY HOLLOW LANE, as shown and desig- nated on a certain mape entitled, "Sleepy Holow" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on February 4, 1976, as Map No. 6351, Abstract No. 8002. 2. The highway known as GRISSOM LANE, as shown and designated on a certain map entitled, "Sleepy Hollow" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on February 4, 1976, as Map No. 6351, Abstract No. 800: - 1 - 4. WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, ANN P. KWASNESKI, is the owner in fee simple, in the Town of Southold, known and designated as Lot #! On a certain map entitled Sleepy Hollow , NOW THEREFORE, ANN P.
