Main Road Mattituck, New York 11952 Re: Dedication of Sleepy Hollow Lane and Grissom Lane shown on Subdivision Map of Sleepy Hollow Dear Gary: I have received the subdivision map of the above matter and have the following comments: (1) Grissom Lane deadends at its southerly terminus. Under the highway specifications, a 100 foot by 100 foot dedicated turnaround must be provided. (2) The subdivision map indicates a street known as Willow Pond Lane running northerly from the westerly terminus of Sleepy Hollow Lane. Willow Pond Lane is not included in the dedication. If this street was omitted by oversight, the papers must be amended to include it. On the other hand, if Willow Pond Lane is not to be dedicated, then the westerly terminus of Sleepy Hollow Lane would deadend at land of Dart and accord- ingly a 100 foot square turnaround must be provided. (3) The title report does not indicate that a tax search was made. A tax search is required. Yours very truly, RWT: MY ROBERT W. TASKER CC: Highway Committee GARY FLANNeR OLSEN COUNSELLOR AT LAW P.
