Dear Ray:
As per your request, I have inspected the roads and drainage structures in the
above referenced subdivision which have been offered to the Town for dedication.
Selah Lane and the Cul-de-Sac has been constructed in a satisfactory manner. All
of the road and drainage construction items have been installed in compliance with
Highway Specifications and Planning Board requirements.
The required street light located adjacent to the Cul-de-Sac has also been installed.
This fixture, however, has not been connected to electrical power and will require the
authorization from the Town Board to have LILCO energize the light when the mad
becomes a public street.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, please contact my office.

This fixture, however, has not been connected to electrical power and will require the
authorization from the Town Board to have LILCO energize the light when the road
becomes a public street.
If you have any questions concerning this matter, please contact my office.
