SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD OF APPEALS
November 21, 1960
A meeting of the Southold Town Board of Appeals was held
at the call of the Chairman at 12:15 P.M.s_ Monday~ November 21,
1960 at the Town Clerk Office~ Main Road~. Southold, New York.
There were present: Messrs. Robert W. Gillispie, Jr.,
Chairman, Herbert Rosenberg~. and Charles Grigonis, Jr.
Absent: Messrs. Robert Bergen, and Serge Doyen, Jr.
On motion of Mr. Rosenberg~ seconded by Mr. Gillispie,
and carried, the Board of Appeals set 9:00 P.M. (E.S.T.),
Thursday, December 1, 1960, Town Clerk Office~_ Main Road,.
Southold, New York, as time and place for hearing upon
application of John Bauer, Main Htreet, Greenport, New York,
for a variance in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance~ Article
II!, Section 303, and Article X, Section 1000A, for permissicn
to reduce frontage and use as a single lot, property located
on the west side of Fiddler Lane~ Greenport, New York, bounded
north by other land of John Bauer,. east by Fiddler Lane, south
bY other land of John Bauer~ and west by Brown and Levine.

Vote of the Board: Ayes:- Mr, Gillispie, Mr. Rosenberg~
and Mr, Grigonis.
It was further RESOLVED that legal notice of hearing be
published in the official newspaper under date of November 23,
1960.

The next meeting of the Southold Town Board of Appeals
will be held 7:30 P.M., Thursday, December 1~ 1960 at the Town
