The system was found to consist of two concrete masonry unit pools. The first pool was found to be located approximately 10 feet from the front of the building and was estimated to be 8 feet in diameter and 8 feet deep. The peel was empty at the time of inspection and the pool and dome ware found to be in acceptable condition. The main pool is connected to an overflow pool that is located approximately 10 feet from the first pool and parallel to the front wall of the building. This pool was also estimated to be approximately 8 feet in diameter and 8 feet deep. The pools are interconnected with a 4 inch diameter PVC waste pipe t~at is equipped with a drop tee fitting in the first pool. The pipe from the building is also 4 inch PVC. The system was found to Consist of two concrete masonry unit pools. The first pool Was found to be located approximately 10 feet from the front of the building and was estimated to be 8 feet in diameter and 8 feet deep.The pod was empty at the time of inspection and the pool and dome were found to be in acceptable condition.The main pool is connected to anpool that is located approximately 10 feet from the first pool and parallel to the front wall ofoverflow the building. This Pool was also estimated to be approximately 8 feet in diameter and 6 feet deep, The pools are interconnected with a 4 inch diameter PVC waste pipe that is equipped with a drop tee fitting in the first pod.The pipe from the building is also 4 inch PVC.A cast iron waste line passes through the foundation wall and there is a cast iron house trap and a cleanout filing installed in the waste line in the cellar. Overall the system was found to be in acceptable condition and its size and capacity is adequate for the residence as currently used and for the use proposed in the pending renovation for which this report was prepared.
