WHEREAS, the public for a period of more than ten years has
used the lands hereinafter described as a public highway in the Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York, and
WHEREAS, it is in all respects proper that such highway shall be
duly ascertained, described and entered on record as a town highway of the
said Town of Southold, and taken over by such Town and worked and kept in
repair by such Town,
NOW, THEREFORE, Im RAYMOND C. DEAN, the Town Superin-
tendent of Highways of the said Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York
do hereby ascertain, describe and enter on record as a town highway the
following, to wit:
ALL that certain tract, piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being near Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as

Beginning at a monument on the southerly line of Middle
Road, at the northeasterly corner of land of Leo Sledjeski;
from said point of beginning running along said southerly line
of Middle Road, North 50 degrees 51 minutes 30 seconds East
37.32 feet to land of Malinauskas; thence along said land of
MaIinauskas and along the several land of Loft, PilIes and
Bolling, South 11 degrees 17 minutes 10 seconds East 709.22
feet; thence along said land of Bolllng, South 8 degrees 17
minutes 20 seconds East 123.70 feet; thence across the southerly
end thereof, South 61 degrees 29 minutes 20 seconds West 35. 17
feet to a monument and said land of SIedjeski; thence along said
land of Sledjeski, two courses:
{1) North 8 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds West 135.0 feet
to a monument; thence
(2) North 11 degrees 17 minutes 10 seconds !tVest 690. 92
feet to the point of beginning.
Annexed hereto and made a part hereof is a certain map prepared
by Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, dated September 6, 1968,
entitled "Map of Proposed Highway to be known as Queen Street near
Greenport, Town of Southold, N Y. "which said map shows the course of
said highway .

Dear Ms. Moore:
I am enclosing a copy of Jamie Richter's letter to the Town Attorney dated
August 25, 2006, in connection with the referenced dedication. Please note the
revisions to the legal description. In this regard, kindly have the legal description
that is contained in the Release of Part of Mortgaged Premises revised to match
the description in Jamie's letter and forward us a copy of the revised Release.
Please note that we will require a copy of the recorded Release for our records.
We have forwarded an Order Laying Out Highways to Peter Harris for
signature.
The legal description in the Deed will also need to be revised pursuant to
Jamie Richter's August 25, 2006 letter. Kindly send me a copy of the Deed
including the revised legal description.
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to

referenced description will meet all of the Highway Superintendent and Town Board Requirements
that had been established by the original approvals for this Campground.

WITH THE CONSENT
OF THE TOWN BOARD
WRITTEN application having been duly made to me, the Town Superintendent of
Highways for the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, for the
laying out of Town highways in the said Town of Southold by MYDON RESORTS,
INC., liable to be assessed for highway taxes in the said Town, and a dedication and
release from damage having been executed, acknowledged and delivered by the owners
of the land through which the proposed highways are proposed to be laid out, a copy of
which is annexed hereto, and nothing having been paid to any claim for such damages;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Peter W. Hams, the Town Superintendent of Highways
of the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, DO HEREBY
DETERMINE AND ORDER that the Town highways be, and the same hereby are, laid
out at Greenport in the Town of Southold as follows:
The highways are known as part of QUEEN STREET, as shown on a certain site plan
entitled "Eastern Long Island Kampground", situate at Greenport, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York.

offer the following revision:
COMMENCING at the point of BEGINNING; said point being distant North 50 degrees 52
minutes 10 seconds East, 186.9l I~et from an iron pipe marking the northeasterly comer of land of Susan
Ellsworth; from said point of beginning running thence North 50 degrees 52 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance
of 19.23 feet along the southerly side of CR 48; thence South 11 degrees 17 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance

reviewed with and approved by the Highway Superintendent. Acceptance and dedication of the above
referenced description will meet all of the Highway Superintendent and Town Board Requirements
that had been established by the original approvals for this Campground.
