In February 2021 we were denied the permit because the information on the plans we provided did not match the information on file in the building department. The plans on file listed a currently existing 2nd floor bathroom as "future" work and the plans did not include the partial build-out of the basement. Both of those elements exist as shown on the attached plans. I grew up in the house and to the best of my recollection, both the bathroom and the basement were finished before we moved in in 1982. The finishes,in general, date to the early 1980's as well. Attached are revised plans showing the 2nd floor and basement as they currently exist including the plumbing riser diagram segments for the 2nd floor bathroom and basement sink.
