I., N; Y, Telephone SO 5-2660 MINUTES SOUTHOLD TOWN BOARD OF APPEALS December 5, 1960 A meeting of the Southold Town Board of Appeals was held at the call of the Chairman at 5:00 P.M., Monday, December 5, 1960 at the Town C~erk Office, Main Road, Southold, New York. There were present: Messrs. RobertW. Gillispie, Jr., Chairman, Herber~ Rosenberg, and Charles Grigonis, Jr. Absent: Messrs. Robert Bergen, and Serge Doyen, Jr. On motion of Mr. Grigonis, seconded by Mr. Rosenberg, and carried, the Board of Appeals set 8:45 P.M. (E.S.T.), Thursday., December 15, 1960, Town Clerk Office, Main Road, Southold, New York as time and place for hearing upon application of Mattituck Docks, .Inc., Rudolph Kammerer, Manager, Naugles Drive, Mattituck, New York, and Jean Fenmore, Naugles Drive, Mattituck, New York, for a variance in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance, Article V, Section 504, for permission to reduce frontage in "C" Industrial District. Location of property: north side Naugles Drive, Mattituck, New York, bounded north by other land of Mattituck Docks, Inc., east by Aycardi, south by Naugles Drive, and west by Jean Fenmore. Southold Town Board of Appeals -2- December 5, 1960 Vote of the Board: Ayes:- Mr. Gillispie, Mr. Rosenberg and Mr. Grigonis. It was further RESOLVED that legal notice of hearing be ~blished in the official newspaper under date Of December 8, 1960. Vote of the Board: Ayes:- Mr. Gillispie, Mr. Rosenberg, and Mr. Grigonis. The Chairman advised the Board of Appeals that Mr. Donald Fredericks who represented Arthur Ueland & wf. for appeal No. 330 had spoken to him requesting that the Board reconsider the appeal. The Chairman had investigated the property at the request of Mr. Fredericks and the Building Inspector had taken pictures for the file and after a thorough discussion of the situation the Board of Appeals was of the unanimous opinion that their reasoning in connection with the decision denying the application was correct. A letter covering the above facts was forwarded to Mr. Fredericks. The next meeting of the Southold Town Board of Appeals will be held 7:30 P.M., Thursday, December 15, 1960 at the Town Clerk Office, Main Road~, Southold, New York. The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
