This public hearing has been requested by the Town of Southold Planning Board to make an Interpretation Determination regarding the meaning of the phrases "Community Water and Sewer" and "Public Water and Sewer'�as it relates to the minimum lot area per guest unit for hotels and on-site wastewater treatment systems in the General Business (B) Zoning District. The public may also have access to view, listen and make comment during the public hearing via Zoom Webinar. The Board of Appeals will hear all persons or their representatives, desiring to be heard at each hearing, and/or desiring to submit written statements before the conclusion of each hearing.
