Town of Southold, in the County of Suffolk and State of New York, and being more fully
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southeasterly line of Ole Jule Lane, distant 686.87 feet
Southerly and Southwesterly from the comer formed by the intersection of the Easterly line
of Ole Jule Lane and the Southerly side of Kraus Road, said point also being where the
Northeasterly line of premises described herein and the Southwesterly line of lands now or
formerly of Kelvin Kubo and Carrie Shigetomi intersects the Southeasterly line of Ole Jule
