BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of a right of way where the westerly line of the land of
John A.White intersects the southerly side of said right of way;running thence South 78 degrees 38
minutes West along the southerly side of said right of way 45 feet to the land of Walter G.Schelker;
running thence South 00 degrees 30 minutes West along the land of Walter G. Schelker 242.75 feet
