ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Cutchogue,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated
as Lot#8 on a certain map entitled "Map of the Woods at Cutchogue" and filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 3/23/1989 as Map No. 8717, said lot
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Evergreen Drive distant the following
three (3) courses and distances from a point at the southeasterly most end of a
curve connecting the northwesterly side of Evergreen Drive with the southeasterly
side of Vineyard Drive:
1.) South 37 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds East, 204.10 feet;
2.) Along a curve bearing left, having a radius of 25.00 feet, a distance of 21.03 feet;
