RUNNING THENCE southerly along the westerly side of Vanston Road, 192 feet more or less, to a
monument located 191.35 feet southerly from the point of beginning and measured along a line bearing south
25degrees 42'40"east from the point of Beginning;
THENCE southerly,westerly and northerly along the westerly side of Vanston Road and the easterly side
of Meadow Beach Lane,95 feet,more or less,which monument is located 65 feet westerly from the last mentioned
monument when measured along a line bearing south52degrees 26'30"west;
THENCE northerly along the easterly side of Meadow Beach Lane 230 feet,more or less,to a monument
at the southwesterly corner of Lot numbered 322 on the above mentioned map,which monument is located 226.01
feet northerly from the last mentioned monument when measured along a line bearing north 52 degrees 21'20"west;
