POLICE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
TOWN OF SOUTHOLD
Minutes of February 27, 2023 meeting
Meeting was called to order at 4:00 pm by John Slattery
Present were: William Ryan, George Lessler, Mike Regan, Chris North, Jack
Slattery, Jim Abbott
Also attending: Kevin Foote (facilitator), Tom Macleod (observer)
Minutes of November 28, 2022 meeting were approved
Old Business
o Group discussion of a request from the Town Working Group that the
PAC be matched up with the Town Board to reconcile Lexipol output with
the 18 “shall” items from the Governor’s Report. This prompted a
discussion of the existing PAC Mission Statement and a lack of interest in
the project.
New Business
o No New Business came before the committee
Next Meeting March 27, 2023 @4:00 pm
Meeting adjourned at 4:50 pm
